Business End of the Year!

October reigns in the realisation that the year has gotten away from us.
No sooner have most of us lodged tax returns and dealt with the end of a financial year, that we are starting to think about secret santas.

Our lives get socially very busy from here. Most weekends are booked out for something leaving very little time during a busy working week for anything else.

At Peacey Financial this time of year is the busiest for new enquiry. The average Australian normally has grand designs for key changes in their life before the stroke of midnight December 31st. A lot of these self promises are financial in nature and begin to cause anxiety when unfulfilled as the New Year celebrations roll around yet again. If you are ready for help, Peacey Financial is here to provide it.

The hardest step is the first step. Everything is easier from there. A commitment to the first step of achieving any objective is common quality of the most successful people on this earth.

April - Busy Year Thus Far

It’s been a busy start to the year for the company but it has been just as busy in financial markets. Perhaps more ;)

The most significant event so far for 2019 is the Royal Commission into Banking and Financial Services. We still await the legislative measures to be placed. During that time, and up until now, we have seen continued consolidation of financial service companies. Most financial advisory arms of larger institutions have been sold. More significantly, larger insurance companies have swallowed their smaller or less competitive rivals.

More recently the political engines of Canberra have began firing up. The recent Federal budget has drawn clear enough lines of the direction of the major parties. In May we will decide again who leads us. The result either way has an effect on us financially. I’m sure it will make for interesting times ahead.

Peacey Financial Opens its' doors

Our business has been re-launched under its own brand, Peacey Financial.
Our location is within the Toowoomba Homemaker Centre. There are two entries to the centre on Prescott Street. The main entry is directly opposite Clark Rubber.

There are a dozen other businesses here. Peacey Financial shares its space with two other up and coming small businesses iProtect Insurance Brokers and Residence Estate Agents. Our entry is signed together at the most southern end of the centre. Clients are free to park within the centre. Parks are frequently available.

Meetings are conducted in our main boardroom with all facilities available onsite. The room can hold small or larger groups.
